Is the estimate really free?
Yes, completely free and with no obligation. Tonya will meet you at your home, walk the space, listen to what you have in mind, and follow up with your estimate and a detailed 3D design rendering, usually within the week. What you do next is entirely up to you.
Do you really design everything in 3D first?
We do. Every project begins in 3D CAD, with cabinetry, fixtures, finishes and lighting modeled before construction starts. You walk through your space on a tablet, laptop, or in our studio and compare materials side-by-side, so decisions get easier because you can actually see them.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
We're a full design-build studio: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and full-home remodels. We also offer floor-plan consultations for new builds and 3D-design-only packages for homeowners or builders who want our eye and our software without the full build.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. White Maple Design & Remodel is a fully licensed and insured Utah design-build studio, so your home and your project are protected from the first sketch to the final reveal.

I've been around construction my whole life and have designed professionally for more than twenty years. I started White Maple to combat the world of contractors who cut corners, ghost calls, and leave projects half-finished.
Raising six children taught me how a home really moves, the school mornings, the holidays, the quiet moments in between. That insight, paired with construction know-how, is what I bring to every plan. I'm at every consult, every design review, every walk-through. And every promise I make, I keep.
